Microsoft Forms Online Training

This training emphasizes experiential learning of MS Forms fundamentals, focusing on creating actionable surveys. Learners will explore the interface and core features of MS Forms while integrating AI applications to enhance prompt design and engineering, resulting in more effective and impactful forms. The learning journey is supported by asynchronous practical tasks and a concise microlearning video. The design is aligned with the company brand book and includes AI-generated brand imagery, featuring branded husky dogs.

Ai Integration

In addition to planning and building surveys, learners will learn to craft effective question sets, use ChatGPT prompts for survey creation, analyze results, and present materials. During the training development, the client emphasized the importance of AI integration for end users. In response, we created a set of engineered prompts tailored to different stages of survey creation in MS Forms. These pre-set prompts serve as shortcuts, enabling users to produce high-quality content efficiently. AI integration has become a key component of my recent training designs, providing end users with a clear understanding of how AI can enhance content creation.

Training Team Webpage Prototype

A prototype of a training team webpage designed to connect staff, students, and faculty with a wide range of tech online and training opportunities on campus. Collaborating closely with the training team, I incorporated user-centered design principles, leveraging available training resources and user feedback to inform the design. The interactive prototype features a clear information architecture, including a hero section, streamlined navigation, and dynamic links that enhance the user experience by facilitating direct access to booking and training content.
