“Growth happens in motion—where ideas are shared, tested in practice, and strengthened through connection.”.
I design accessible, AI-powered learning experiences that help global teams reskill faster, communicate clearly, and lead with confidence.
With a background in experiential learning, instructional design, UX/ UI, and cross-cultural communication, I bring both technical and human insight to every project. From VILT and eLearning to LMS governance and AI-assisted coaching.
After relocating and rebuilding my career, I design with empathy for cross-cultural learners, using experiential practice to turn concepts into confidence and real-world performance.
As a doctoral candidate in Workplace Learning at Northeastern University, my research explores how inquiry-based AI coaching supports metacognition and language acquisition, empowering employees to become more self-directed, reflective, and effective communicators in hybrid workplaces.
