“I design accessible, AI-powered learning experiences that help global teams build real capability by connecting instructional strategy, emerging technologies, and human-centered design to measurable performance.”

Right now, I’m developing cohort-based and self-paced programs that organizations can adopt internally to upskill teams, improve adoption, and make learning part of everyday work, not a separate activity.

At the core of everything I do is a simple goal: make learning practical, accessible, and embedded into how organizations operate.

Always open to connecting with people working at the intersection of learning design, accessibility, and AI in education.

📍 Doctoral candidate (EdD) in Workplace Learning at Northeastern University, researching how AI impacts adult learning, communication competencies, language acquisition, and team development.

I work across education, nonprofits, and workforce development, building accessible, scalable learning programs that connect strategy with real-world performance. My background spans instructional design, UXUI, and learning leadership, with a focus on eLearning, blended learning (VILT, ILT), and AI-supported content.

Most recently, I’ve been working on the design of leadership development and compliance training programs, partnering closely with HR and cross-functional teams to create learning that’s both practical and measurable. My work includes building full learning ecosystems, from scenario-based eLearning and cohort programs to onboarding systems and internal training infrastructure.

Accessibility is a core part of my approach, not a final step. I design with WCAG and Universal Design for Learning in mind, ensuring content is usable, inclusive, and adaptable across diverse learners and contexts.

Transforming Workplace Learning With Design Thinking

ILT & E-Learning: Designing Accessible Learning Resources

Tools: Articulate 360, Anthropic Claude, Veo 3.1, Flow

Designed and facilitated a workshop where participants created user-centered learning resources aligned with WCAG 2.1 standards. Using design thinking, teams developed accessible content (e.g., headings, alt text, color contrast, multimedia).

Modalities: ILT, eLearning, job aids, handouts

Leadership Training Design

Case Study Based on Real-World Projects; Tools: Claude, Adobe Express, Synthesia, Slides

The design of a blended leadership program to help Center Directors conduct more consistent and effective performance conversations with staff across sites. An integrated solution was developed combining e-learning, facilitated workshops, practical job aids, and AI-supported coaching tools. The program toolkit included presentation design, video content, a structured workbook, and interactive activities to support real-world application and ongoing skill development.

Tech-Enablement: Onboarding E-Learning

Onboarding e-learning for college staff and faculty is designed to help new hires use technology confidently and integrate into the company culture. Initially created for a California satellite campus, the project to be adapted for global training, expanding across the organization with collaborative efforts from IT and HR departments.
