It maps home-culture patterns to U.S. workplace norms, then delivers scenario micro-scripts,email/meeting/feedback phrasing, and 48-hour practice, grounded in Erin Meyer and Daniel Coyle. It is guidance, not a rulebook, so professionals preserve their authentic voice.

ILT & E-Learning: Designing Accessible Learning Resources

Designed and facilitated a workshop where participants created user-centered learning resources aligned with WCAG 2.1 standards. Using design thinking, teams developed accessible content (e.g., headings, alt text, color contrast, multimedia).

Managerial Training Program: Supporting Employees on Leave

A leadership training experience for mid-level managers focused on supporting employees on medical leave with empathy and compliance through effective communication and documentation. The program used a scenario-based approach grounded in the Heart–Mind–Hand framework, combining guided discussions, shared communication language, and role-play practice. It was delivered through a blend of presentations, video scenarios, interactive activities, and an AI coaching tool to reinforce real-world application.

Leadership Training Design

The design of a blended leadership program to help Center Directors conduct more consistent and effective performance conversations with staff across sites. An integrated solution was developed combining e-learning, facilitated workshops, practical job aids, and AI-supported coaching tools. The program toolkit included presentation design, video content, a structured workbook, and interactive activities to support real-world application and ongoing skill development.

Onboarding e-learning for staff and faculty is designed to help new hires use technology confidently and integrate into the company culture. Initially created for a California satellite college campus, the project was adapted for global training, expanding across the organization through collaborative efforts from IT and HR departments.

Leaning Experience Design: AI in Action for Small Businesses

AI in Action for Small Businesses is a hands-on learning series for Oakland entrepreneurs. Partnering with Northeastern University students and community leads, I co-designed sessions that clarified the roles of AI assistants vs. agents and mapped real business goals into actionable workflows. We used Miro to capture needs and turn ideas into steps owners could use immediately.

Skill Up is a product enablement learning series for a university IT department, designed as 30-minute flipped learning experiences that blend online and in-person formats. Grounded in Design Thinking and backward design, this approach provides hands-on, learner-centered practice with real-time feedback.

The series fosters a collaborative community of practice where students, staff, and faculty explore practical applications of AI and Microsoft 365—building confidence, competence, and everyday technology fluency.

Modulities: microlearning videos, ILT/VILT sessions, job aids, and hypercare.
