Gotchoo
An AI coach for navigating U.S. workplace communication
Originally built as Cultural Compass for international specialists relocating to the U.S. for a global automotive manufacturer. It maps home-culture communication styles to U.S. norms, then gives users scripts to use and challenges to rehearse. After the pilot, I rebuilt it as gotchoo, a standalone web app for any new international hire.

A flipped session series for a university ITS department. Short microlearning, hands-on practice, and 1:1 follow-up grew into a weekly community where staff and faculty keep learning from each other.

No login. No dashboard. No new platform to learn.
Just an interactive workbook that helps doctoral nursing students build clinical reasoning, prompt-writing, and responsible AI-use skills through guided practice and reflection. Sometimes the simplest format is the one people actually use.
Client: A multi-campus higher-ed institution, ~1000 staff and faculty
Result: Launched in 5 days at zero licensing cost, and delivered in live training for doctoral nursing students.

Managerial Training: Supporting Employees on Leave

A blended training for mid-level managers on supporting employees through medical leave, where one wrong step can harm trust or create legal risk. Built on the Heart–Mind–Hand framework, the program develops empathy (Heart), compliance knowledge (Mind), and concrete behavioral steps for communication and documentation (Hand). Managers practice through scenario-based role-play, guided discussion, and an AI coaching tool before facing the real conversation.

Onboarding eLearning that helps new staff and faculty use workplace technology confidently from day one and connect with the organization's culture. First built for a California satellite campus, it was scaled into a global onboarding program in partnership with IT and HR.
Result: 30% lift in learner engagement; 43% fewer ITS requests
Designing Accessible eLearning: A Design Thinking Workshop
Tools: Articulate 360, Anthropic Claude, Veo 3.1, Flow, ADP
A hands-on workshop where participants used design thinking to build WCAG 2.1-compliant learning resources, applying accessibility principles directly to their own content.
Strategies for engaging, accessible learning: start with the learner through empathy mapping, structure content with semantic headings, write meaningful alt text, check color contrast, and caption all multimedia. Accessibility built in from the start costs less and reaches more learners than fixes added at the end.

Leadership Training: Performance Conversations at Scale

A blended leadership program preparing Center Directors at a multi-site nonprofit to lead consistent, effective performance conversations across distributed locations. The program combined eLearning, facilitated workshops, job aids, and AI-supported coaching, so directors could practice difficult conversations before holding them with staff.

AI in Action for Small Businesses
A hands-on learning series helping Oakland entrepreneurs turn AI from a buzzword into daily workflows. Co-designed with Northeastern University students and community leaders, the sessions clarified when to use an AI assistant versus an agent, then mapped each owner's business goals into steps they could apply right away, captured live in Miro.
Results: Sessions were delivered to over 100 Oakland entrepreneurs, with 74% reporting they used their workflow within a week.
